According to the plan, we are in the 10th month of FORWARD-WATER project and the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) process has been applied in the Sanitary Engineering Laboratory (SEL) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). The UASB reactor has already filled with anaerobic digested sludge as inoculum and physicochemical analyses to monitor its performance have begun.
